I learned my craft at Lewis and Clark College, Portland State University, and the Oregon College of Arts and Crafts.

       I found my artistic voice at the Haystack Mountain School of Arts and Crafts in Deer Isle, Maine.

      I earned an MAT degree and two BA’s, the first in English and the second in Art/Ceramics.

       I spent three decades as an educator working with mainstream, alternative, and special needs teenagers.  I have also led clay workshops for elementary school students. 

       My husband and I have raised three children.

      I currently sell my work through The Art Elements Gallery in Newberg, Oregon and serve as President of the Oregon Potters Association.
